® Conformal Coating Remover is a nontoxic, azeotropic solvent mixture that is specially formulated to remove both silicone and acrylic conformal coatings, as well as fluxes, pastes, organic residues, adhesives, greases, and oil. It can be used on SMT and BGA circuit boards, connectors, and components. Non-toxic, azeotropic mixture of solvents used to remove silicone and acrylic conformal coatings, fluxes, pastes, organic residues, adhesives, greases, and oils.
While most similar solvent mixtures may take 45 minutes or more to be effective, NuKlean Conformal Coating Remover can effectively remove silicone coatings in two minutes or less when used at ambient temperature.

Directions for Use
Used at 100% concentration, NuKlean Conformal Coating Remover is effective for cold-cleaning. It can also be used for vapor phase cleaning in temperatures as high as 88°C (190°F) for five seconds to five minutes. Parameters may vary based on the type and extent of soils to be removed.
