Standard Batch control for Aqueous systems start at 100% effectiveness and slowly degrade both in concentration and Soil loading (oils, grease, and sediment).
Unless checked frequently the batch could cause yield problems (poor cleaning). Also oils and sediment continue to degrade the cleaning efficiency of the tank.
