NuGeneration Technologies' AquaKlean EF13 is a highly alkaline liquid cleaner and mild de-ruster for use in both immersion and light spray systems.
AquaKlean EF13 is a heavy duty cleaner that removes even the most burnt-on grease and carbanaceous oils.
AquaKlean EF13 is safe for use on aluminum and magnesium.
Characteristics
NuGeneration Technologies AquaKlean EF13 is highly effective, cost efficient, biodegradable, contains no VOC’s and safe to use.
Removes soils, grease, shop-oils, inks, carbonaceous deposits, smut, metalworking fluids; drawing, buffing, and lapping compounds; burnt-on waxes/oils, chlorinated oils, and drawing compounds.
Directions for Use
AquaKlean EF13 is effective at ambient temperatures. However, it is normally used at 2 – 20% by volume at 70 – 160°F. Use of ultrasonic agitation will improve cleaning performance.
Processing tanks may be constructed of steel, stainless steel, PVC, PE, UHMWPE, PP, Delrin®, or Kynar®.
