Description
NuGeneration Technologies’ NuSolv™ 5037T is a mild alkaline solvent degreaser for use on proofer and oven surfaces where bakery dusts, fingerprints, baking greases and oils, and water deposits accumulate. NuSolv 5037T can be used on proofer and oven walls, ducts, enclosures, roofs, thread plates and floors, and be highly effective. NuSolv 5037T should not be used on Copper or Copper alloy (Brass & Bronze) surfaces.
Characteristics
NuSolv 5037T quickly and easily breaks down and cleans tenacious, baked on soils that accumulate on proofer and oven surfaces during baking processes. Fingerprints and dusts are also quickly cleaned from surfaces. NuSolv 5037T is formulated to be thixotropic, allowing the thickened formula to cling to vertical surfaces, making cleaning more efficient and easier. NuSolv 5037T is safe on all ferrous metals, as well as Aluminum. However, extended, heated contact with Aluminum should be avoided. The no-foam, free-rinsing, non-chelated, non-silicated, non-phosphated, biodegradable formula makes NuSolv 5037T the intelligent choice for proofer and oven cleaning.
Directions for Use
NuSolv 5037T is used at 25-100% concentration and is effective at ambient temperatures to 77 °C (170 °F) for 5-60 minutes depending upon the process. The parameters can vary due to the type and extent of soils to be removed.

Storage: Keep out of direct sunlight. Keep from freezing. Store between 40 °F - 120 °F.
