NuGenTec Introduces New FluoroSolvTMCleaner Degreaser Product

Nugeneration Technologies (NuGenTec) has launched a new FluoroSolv™ vapor degreasing solvent that is a proprietary azeotropic blend of hydrofluorocarbons, hydrofluoroether, and 1,2-trans-dichloroethylene. It is non-ozone depleting, has a low global warming potential and is very useful for vapor degreasing as well as a spray & wipe solvent. It has good compatibility with most elastomers and non-metals (testing of plastics recommended before use). Since NuGenTec FluoroSolv™ has zero ozone depleting potential it is an ideal replacement for Asahi AK-225 (HCFC 225) which is a Class II ODC. Some FluoroSolvTM blends are specifically designed for oxygen service parts cleaning.
NuGenTec’s FluoSolvTM branded vapor degreasing solvents have been sold since 2009 and offer a genuine replacement for all Miller-Stephenson branded cleaning, oil & lubricant products such as Krytox. FluoSolvTM products are available as aerosol and vapor degreasing solvents in North America, Mexico, Europe, Malaysia, Singapore and South Africa.
All FluoroSolvTM and FluoSolvTM vapor degreasing solvents are designed to provide a safer, less harmful alternative to industry-standard chemicals. They are non-flammable and manufactured with low-VOC chemicals that have little to no global warming potential. Solvents contain no carcinogens nor any substances found on the EPCRA 313 list of highly dangerous chemicals.
