NuKoat HPO is water displacing rust preventative for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. High flash rust protection for in-process and indoor storage protection typically lasting for one year or more depending on conditions. Water displacing formula can be applied while parts are still wet eliminating hot rinses and or drying operations. Low viscosity HPO provides a thin film which bonds to the metal surfaces. HPO can be removed with alkaline cleaners or solvents.

Application:

NuKoat HPO is applied by either spray or immersion. If desired can be easily removed with an alkaline cleaner. NuKoat HPO should be run at full strength or diluted with Stoddard solvents depending on the application. For best results use at full strength. For wet-part processing allow at least 30 seconds for the displacement of water.
