NuGenTec’s AquaKlean™ HDS40 liquid industrial degreaser and cleaner is specially formulated for spray washers, floor scrubbers, and tank cleaning applications. This mildly alkaline, low-foaming, eco friendly degreaser/cleaner is safe for use on ferrous metals copper, copper alloys, aluminum, and aluminum alloys.

AquaKlean HDS40 is also suitable for use with plastics/polymers, ceramics, glass, and sumps.

Effective, Environmentally Friendly Degreaser & Cleaning Agent

AquaKlean HDS40 was formulated to provide highly efficient, cost-effective cleaning of soils, greases, shop oils, inks, and metalworking fluids, as well as drawing, buffing and lapping compounds.

A non-silicone defoaming additive gives AquaKlean HDS40 very low foaming tendencies at temperatures greater than 120°F (49°C), even when contaminated with foaming coolants and soils. This unique formulation also helps split oil upon sitting so that it may be skimmed out.

AquaKlean HDS40 has a mild pH, is biodegradable, and contains no VOCs, making it a safe, versatile, and eco friendly degreaser and cleaning solution for a wide variety of applications.

Directions for Use

While AquaKlean HDS40 is effective at ambient temperatures, for best results it should be used at a 2-20% concentration by volume of water at 60-200°F (16-93°C). Parameters may vary depending on the type and extent of soils being removed. Temperatures may be increased slightly for shorter time cycles.
