Gumlast® Orings, gaskets and seals. Gumlast is 100% pure perfluoroelastomer and made from the very same backbone polymer as the major brands are made from. Gumlast has been tested and benchmarked against leading FFKM brands and showed superb properties when exposed to harsh environments. Utilizing the latest cross-linking and reinforcement techniques, multiple grades have been formulated to optimize the performance of the molded parts in many different applications. Gumlast parts are manufactured in state of the art, highly modernized & ISO certified production lines with very high line yield. |

Force-Flow Coolant and cleaner proportioning and dispensing units. The Force-Flo Mixer blends coolants, synthetics and mild chemicals with water automatically for uniform emulsion at any proportion. The mixer inserts into any 15, 30 or 55 gallon drum. We also have a new 5-gallon pail model. Plant water line pressure (25 lb minimum operating pressure) is all that is necessary to operate the unit. Available in Brass, Nickel Plated and stainless steel models. |

Programmable Air/Gas Sampler Models FD- 400 & FD- 200 Developed in conjunction with industry specialists, FloDynamix FD-400 (Four-Channel) and FD-200 (Two-Channel) are advanced semi-automated programmable air & gas samplers. Designed to collect air or gas samples from various environments, they provide fast, accurate sample collection in an easy to use package. As an aid for tracing airborne contamination, they enable sophisticated manufacturers to determine air quality in production environments. FloDynamix FD-400 & FD-200 can collect multiple air samples from different locations simultaneously without operator interface. The samples collected can be directly analyzed by IC, ICP-MS, HPLC or GC/MS down to PPT (part per trillion) levels of detection for ionic and organic air contaminants or by SEM/EDX for particle characterization. |
