NuGeneration Technologies’ Media Storage Texturing product line has been formulated with the needs of the computer hard disk industry in mind. All of our products are manufactured with the highest-grade raw materials using 18 MOhm DI water then filtered to meet customers’ requirements before packaging. Our products are cost effective i.e. formulated for improved performance, contain no VOC’s or chelates, are safe to use (contain NO Prop 65 or SARA 313 ingredients and most products contain only non-hazardous ingredients), biodegradable and are easily disposed of thereby reducing the cost of waste treatment.

NuLap fluids (polish/texture) have been developed to help achieve the lowest surface finishes, minimizing (nearly eliminating in some applications) scratches, while providing good removal. NuLap fluids are compatible with Aluminum oxides, Cerium oxides, Diamond powders and Silicon Carbide. Most NuLap fluids are mixed with 0.1 to 1.0 micron sized abrasive particles, actual particle size depends on each process.

Physical Properties:

Availability: Available in 1, 5, 55 and 275-gallon containers. Bulk tank shipments also available.
Storage: Keep from freezing. Store between 40-100 °F.
