Process Chemistries

NuKlean glass substrate cleaners were formulated to provide improved removal of particulates and organics while providing reduced residues, and fast rinsing.  Our line of cleaners was developed to safely clean substrates without etching.  NuKlean WX35' surfactants and acidity are the key to it's cleaning effectiveness.  WX35 is also classified as non-corrosive cleaners and ship as "cleaning compound NOBIN, non-hazardous material", per IATA and DOT regulations. While NuWet DM33 gains it's cleaning ability with surfactants and alkalinity.  NuEtch E 3 a heavy-duty glass and aluminum etchant, formulated for immersion applications. NuEtch E3 has built in non-ionic surfactants to help remove soils and provide uniform etching. This non-fluoride based formula is safer to work with than most hydrofluoric based etchants. Availability: Available in 1, 5, 55 and 275-gallon containers. Bulk tank shipments also available.
Storage: Keep from freezing. Store between 40-100 °F.
