Applications: Acidic Nickel Phosphate (Ni/Phos) Media Cleaner. A Non-hazardous product to replace solvent and harsh acid based cleaners in the Disk Drive (Media Storage) Industry. NuGeneration Technologies’ NuWet DA40 has been formulated with the needs of the electronics and medical device industries in mind. All of our products are manufactured with the highest-grade raw materials using 18 MOhm “certified Electronics grade” DI water then filtered to meet customers’ requirements before packaging. Our products are cost effective i.e. formulated for extended bath life, contain no chelates, are safe to use (contain NO Prop 65 or SARA 313 ingredients), biodegradable and are easily disposed(1) of thereby reducing the cost of waste treatment.

NuWet cleaners were formulated to provide improved removal of particulates and organics while providing reduced residues, and fast rinsing. NuWet DA40 provides excellent Defect removal/reduction on Nickel Phosphate (Ni/Phos) Substrates. The extremely fast rinsing properties of NuWet DA40 allow for less water consumption, and shorter rinsing cycle times improving through-put and cost.

Compared to NuGenTec NuWet DA31C: DA40 is a stronger more effective cleaner & defect remover/reducer. NuWet DA40LST has surface tensions <18 dynes/cm, for improved particle removal.

Usage: • 1-3% in spray applications • 3-10% in ultrasonic/mega-sonic applications
