NuWet 4100

Non-Toxic, Non-corrosive cleaner with UTLRA Low Surface Tension & Low Surfactant levels

Applications: Moderately acidic Media Cleaner. A Non-hazardous product to replace solvent and harsh acid based cleaners in the Disk Drive (Media Storage) Industry. All of our products are manufactured with the highest-grade raw materials using 18 MOhm “Semi- grade” DI water then filtered to <0.2 um absolute to CLASS 10 Clean room packaged.

NuWet 4100 provides UNSURPASSED wetting proprieties and is therefore an excellent choice for pre-plate and pre-sputter cleaning. The extremely fast rinsing properties of NuWet 4100 allow for less water consumption, and shorter rinsing cycle times improving through-put and cost. This product is formulated with very low levels of surfactant for better rinsing in high purity applications. Most Non-ionic formulas are >30 dynes/cm. NuWet 4100 provides surface tensions of <17 dynes/cm.

Usage: • 1-3% in spray applications • 3-10% in ultrasonic/mega-sonic applications
