HDD Media Storage Industry Moderately Alkaline Cleaner

Moderately alkaline HDD Media Cleaner for the Disk Drive (Media Storage) Industry. NuGeneration Technologies’ NuRinse BR 430HC has been formulated with the needs of the electronics and medical device industries in mind. All of our products are manufactured with the highest-grade raw materials using 18 MOhm “certified Electronics grade” DI water then filtered to meet customers’ requirements before packaging. Our products are cost effective i.e. formulated for extended bath life, contain no chelates, are safe to use (contain NO Prop 65 or SARA 313 ingredients), biodegradable and are easily disposed(1) of thereby reducing the cost of waste treatment.

NuGenTec has formulated special cleaners, which will keep nickel, aluminum, calcium, chromium, iron, and other divalent and trivalent metals soluble, as well as providing aluminum oxides, colloidal silica and diamond with excellent wetting and dispersion. Allowing for improved removal of particles, texturing fluids and organic residues. Our NuRinse BR series of cleaners has been formulated for this purpose.

NuRinse disk cleaners were formulated to provide improved removal of particulates and organics while providing reduced residues, and fast rinsing. NuRinse BR 430HC provides excellent wetting proprieties and is therefore an excellent choice for pre-plate and pre-sputter cleaning. The extremely fast rinsing properties of NuRinse BR 430HC allow for less water consumption, and shorter rinsing cycle times improving through-put and cost.
