NuKoat RP1 & RPWF

RP 1 & RPWF corrosion inhibitors provide cost-effective
solutions to corrosion problems by delivering a protective shield to
metals including copper, brass, aluminum, steel, cobalt, zinc, magnesium,
and silver.

Film forming protection

mono-molecular layer. 5-10 Angstroms. May form thicker layers up
to 200 Angstroms. Stable

NuKoat RP1
RP1 is an aqueous (water based) fluid.
RP1 is readily soluble in all water based solution (polar solutions).
NuKoat RPW
RPWF is an aqueous (water based) fluid that contains no water in concentrated
form. RPWF is soluble in all polar fluids (water soluble).
RPWF has been solublized in propylene glycol instead of DI water.
APPLICATION METHOD:
May be used as a stand alone inhibitor for film forming corrosion protection.
May be added to existing solutions for added corrosion protection: Cleaners,
Rinse Tanks, Slurries, Slicing and Dicing fluids etc…
Typical Concentration range is from 0.3% to 3% by volume, depending on application.
