HDS 42 - All purpose low foaming cleaner: High Pressure Spray Cleaning, Fabricated Metals, Parts Cleaning, Metal Finishing, Solvent Free Degreasing, Floors, floor scrubbers.

Applications:
NuGeneration Technologies NuGenTec line of multi-metal alkaline aqueous cleaners are highly effective, cost efficient, biodegradable, contain no VOC’s and are safe to use. These products are designed to remove soils, grease, shop oils, inks, carbonaceous deposits, smut, metalworking fluids, drawing, buffing, lapping compounds, and burned on waxes/oils. At temperatures >120 F HDS 42 with it’s built in defoamer (non-silicone) will not foam even if contaminated with foaming coolants or soils. Cleaning times can be reduced with increasing temperatures. Splits oil on sitting, so that it may be skimmed out. HDS 42 is an economical all purpose cleaner that can be used from parts cleaning to floor cleaning.

For the Strongest Cleaning use NuGenTec HDS 90 (with Nitrite for flash rust protection) or HDS 44 (without Nitrite).

For the mildest pH Cleaning use AquaKlean HDS 40 - Economical and mild, general purpose low foaming cleaner: High Pressure Spray Cleaning, Solvent Free Degreasing, Floors, floor scrubbers. PH 10 MSDS Sheet.

Application Procedure:

	Parts Cleaning (immersion or Ultrasonic): Use at ambient temperatures to 200 F at 5-10% by volume with water for 1 to 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water.
	Parts Cleaning (Spray Cabinets / High pressure spray cleaning): Use at 120 to 200 F at 1-5% by volume with water for 1 to 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water.
	Floor scrubbers: Use at 0.5 to 2% with water.
	Mop Buckets: use at 2-5% by volume with water.
	Hand held spray bottles: use at 5% by volume with water. Rinse off or wipe off excess residue with dry cloth or rag.
