Soluble cutting oils: Fluids for a variety of metalworking applications like CNC machining, drilling, grinding, honing, milling, sawing and turning; Screw Machines and as rust preventives.

 Applications:  NuGeneration Technologies’ NuKut lines of soluble oil metalworking fluids are designed to assist in many metal cutting and machining operations on ferrous, non-ferrous, and specialty alloys including aluminum.  Non-chlorine, non-sulfur, non-phenol and non-nitrate based fluids with propriety extreme pressure lubricants allow for easier disposal over chlorinated and sulfonated products. 

NuKut SO 5 economical soluble oil for light machining of all metals, SO 5 can also be used as a light film rust preventative.

NuKut SO 15 P Bio-stable Heavy duty Soluble oil with no active chlorine, sulfur or   phenol.  Resists bacterial and fungal growth, rancidity and foul odors.  Excellent for all metals including titanium.  With a proprietary extreme pressure additives and highly refined mineral oil, which leave a protective film on machine slides, ways and fixtures.

NuKut 2609* Extreme Heavy duty Chlorinated Soluble oil with no active sulfur or phenol.  Excellent for all metals except titanium.  Extend tool life with a proprietary extreme pressure additives and highly refined mineral oil, which leave a protective film on machine slides, ways and fixtures. (Note: NuKut SO 25 CL has been discontuned and replaced with NuKut 2609). Our New 2609 formulation provides more stable emulsions, better lubricity, and ever higher bacterial protection than our SO 25 CL product.
