NuCool: 100% Synthetic Fluids Non-hazardous and biodegradable

Applications:  NuGeneration Technologies’ NuCool lines of synthetic metalworking fluids are liquid OIL-FREE products designed to assist in many metal cutting and machining operations on ferrous, non-ferrous, and specialty alloys including aluminum.  100% non-hazardous, non-chlorine, non-sulfur, non-phenol and non-nitrate based fluids with propriety extreme pressure lubricants are easily disposed of. 

NuCool is also specifically designed for use in all misting operations.  Providing excellent surface finishes while extending tool  life.  Prevents Carbide Leaching.

NuCool is normally applied with Misting equipment at concentrations from 5 to 10% by volume with water.  Higher concentrations may be required for smaller diameter taps or when the hole depth to Diameter Ratio is higher than 4:1.
