Application Notes:

NuGeneration Technologies’ AquaKlean STC is a highly alkaline liquid cleaner. Low-foaming for use in both spray and tank applications. AquaKlean STC can be used at ambient temperatures for the most demanding cleaning jobs on ferrous metals and stainless steels. At temperatures above 110F AquaKlean STC will not foam. AquaKlean STC has a lower conductivity than most conventional highly alkaline cleaners and will therefore allow for faster rinsing. AquaKlean STC is a solvent free product. Removes: inks, polishing and buffing compounds, grease, oils, chlorinated oils, fingerprints, drawing compounds, metalworking fluids and carbonaceous deposits.

Application Procedure:

AquaKlean STC is effective at ambient temperatures. However, it is normally used at 1 to 10% by volume of water at ambient to 190F for 5 seconds to 5 minutes. The parameters can vary due to the type and extent of soils to be removed. Temperatures may be increase slightly for shorter time cycles. Not safe on aluminum, aluminum alloys, brass, copper, or zinc; safe on Magnesium.

Non-nitrated – prevents formations of nitrosamines.	Heavy-Duty – excellent water based degreaser.
Silicate free – Eliminate silicate dry downs that can interfere with subsequent coatings.	Non-emulsifying – Floats oils allowing skimming to extend tank life and facilitate disposal.
Non-foaming – allows for use in unheated spray washers.	Low Temperature Fomula. Can be run as low as 110F saving energy costs.
