Application Notes:
NuGeneration Technologies’ AeroKlean is an excellent liquid cleaner, formulated with the natural solvent derived from orange peels, that offers environmental compatibility, user safety and low cost for disposal for heavy duty cleaning of all surfaces. An excellent cleaner for tenacious oils and grease and a great replacement for toxic petroleum solvents, chlorinated solvents, and caustics. Cleans dirt, oils, fingerprints, grease, glues, gums, tar, burnt-on-carbon, polishing and buffing compounds, drawing compounds, wax, tacky residues, labels, inks and adhesives from any washable surface.  Great Aircraft surface cleaner for painted and polished aluminum.  Neutral pH formula is non-silicated, non-phosphated and safe on even polished aluminum. 

AeroKlean was listed with the USDA as a Bio-Based Cleaner and Degreaser it is on the list of USDA BioPreferred products. USDA's Biopreferred products are formulated with ingredients derived from renewable resources. AeroKlean is formulated with Orange and Lemon peel extracts as the solvent portion (for degreasing) which gives the product a pleasant citrus scent. The rest of the surfactants are derived from Corn and Soybean sources.

Applications:
AIRCRAFT, AUTO & GARAGE:  Removes exhaust smut and oils, Engine Degreasing, road tar removal, brake dust, white walls, dash-boards, plastic, vinyl and carpets.  Tools and machinery, motors, cabinets, oil stains, benches, concrete floors, tile floors.

Application Procedure:
AeroKlean is effective at ambient temperatures.  FULL STRENGTH:  Heavy-duty cleaning.  Grime, oils and soot.   1:1 Ratio: Heavy soils and grease  1:8 to 1:32 Ratio (16 oz to 4oz per gallon of water):  Spot cleaning on carpets and upholstery. General Purpose cleaning. Soil, dirt, fingerprints, floors, painted surfaces, hard water stains.  Safe on Vehicles too: Cars, trucks, campers, trailers, motorcycles and great for Bikes to.  1:64 Ratio (2 oz per gallon with water): power washers and carpet cleaning machines for commercial and vintage aircraft, trucks, vehicles, aluminum, windows etc…
