NuKlean glass substrate cleaners were formulated to provide improved removal of particulates and organics while providing reduced residues, and fast rinsing. Our line of cleaners was developed to safely clean substrates without etching. NuKlean WX35' surfactants and acidity are the key to it's cleaning effectiveness. WX35 is also classified as non-corrosive cleaners and ship as "cleaning compound NOBIN, non-hazardous material", per IATA and DOT regulations. While NuWet DM33 gains it's cleaning ability with surfactants and alkalinity. NuEtch E 3 a heavy-duty glass and aluminum etchant, formulated for immersion applications. NuEtch E3 has built in non-ionic surfactants to help remove soils and provide uniform etching. This non-fluoride based formula is safer to work with than most hydrofluoric based etchants. NuEtch E 12: Heavy Duty Aluminum Etchant Glass Etchant fortified for extended tank life. Can handle severe loading of aluminum (Al⁺⁺ and Al⁺⁺⁺) in solution. Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) based aluminum and glass etchant. pH 13-14
NuEtch E 3: Standard Heavy Duty Aluminum etchant Glass Etchant for tank applications. pH 13-14
AquaKlean EF 145: Heavy duty. pH 12.5-13.5 Glass Etchant, Aluminum Etchant and single step cleaner.
AquaKlean EF 135: Mod-heavy. pH 12.5 moderate Aluminum Etchant & Cleaner. Low Foaming - Spray.
AquaKlean EF 130: Moderate Duty. pH 11.5-12.0 Aluminum Etchant & Cleaner. Tank and Spray applications
AquaKlean EF 105 MF: pH 10.0 aluminum cleaner will not etch at temperatures below 120 F (50 C). Micro-Etch rate controllable by temperature largely and by concentration to a lesser extent. Moderate Foaming Tank cleaner & micro-etchant. Low pressure spray system cleaner <15 psi. Not a glass etchant.

NOTES:

All etch rates are best controlled by temperature a 20 °F increase in temperature may double etch rates, while increasing the concentration may only lead to slight increases in etch rates.

NuEtch E12 and E2 are the most effective Aluminum Etchants, Glass Etchants.

Availability: Available in 1, 5, 55 and 275-gallon containers. Bulk tank shipments also available.
Storage: Keep from freezing. Store between 40-100 °F.
