NuGenTec Adds Inorganic Chemicals Division by Acquiring Stake in Indian Manufacturing Company.

Rohnert Park, CA (PRlog) July 18, 2009 – NuGeneration Technologies, LLC announced today that it has acquired a minority ownership position in M.J.Shah Group of Companies of India engaged in the manufacture of inorganic metal salts, and other specialty inorganic chemicals. This manufacturing alliance with MJ Shah & Co. will allow NuGenTec to offer the lowest pricing for ACS, USP and AR Grade inorganic chemicals to customers in the US.
