You can follow our easy to use chart below to calculate how much Bond-X Green you will need to complete your repairs. The chart is a general guideline and refers to the use of our 60lb bags.

If the area you need to fill is deeper than two inches, apply and compact Bond-X Green in up to 2 inch layers. Repeat the process, leaving the last layer to “crown” an inch or two above the existing roadway. Regular traffic will further compact Bond-X Green making it a permanent repair.

The simple way to calculate what you need can be accomplished by using this simple formula:

12 x SQFT x Depth = LBS
or
0.2 x SQFT x Depth = BAGS

Examples:
12 x 10 (sqft) x 2 (inches deep) = 240 lbs
or
0.2 x 10 (sqft) x 2 (inches deep) = 4-bags
