coolant with no active
sulfur or phenol. Excellent for all metals except titanium.
Extend tool life with a proprietary extreme pressure additives and highly
refined mineral oil, which leave a protective film on machine slides, ways
and fixtures. BIO-Stable formula- Resists bacterial and fungal
growth, rancidity and foul odors. NON-Foaming. This is our flagship product and is suitable or a multitude
of machining applications: Broaching, Gun Drilling, CNC Milling, Grinding

coolant sumps and cleaning solution tanks etc... Bacteria and Fungi can
account for failures in productivity in many coolant and cleaning tanks.
This is particularly true in metalworking fluids. Bacterial growth can
be responsible for: corrosion, slime formation, foul odors "Monday morning
odors," decreases in lubricity and poor surfaces finishes. Tank side
monitoring of fluids is simple with our easy to use and read "Bug-Sticks."
Used in combination with our "Bug-Kill" sump side additive, processing tank
life may be extended many times past it's normal life, saving money. |

The
Force-Flow Mixer blends coolants, at any ratio,
synthetics and mild chemicals with water automatically for uniform emulsion
at any proportion. The mixer inserts into any 15, 30 or 55 gallon drum. We
also have a new 5-gallon pail model. Plant water line pressure (25 lb
minimum operating pressure) is all that is necessary to operate the unit.
The mixer can dispense in approximately 1/10th
the time of manual methods and can save up to 25% of coolant per month.
The mixer is simple to operate, is made of
non-corrosive metal and has no moving parts. Brass, nickel-plated and
stainless steel versions are available. A fingertip control allows fine
adjustment. Unlike cheap plastic models these units have a LIFETIME
GUARANTEE. |
