NuKool Mist – SYNTHETIC Misting Coolants (click here for printable pdf file) Applications: NuGeneration Technologies’ NuKool Mist lines of synthetic metalworking fluids are liquid OIL-FREE products designed to assist in many metal cutting and machining operations on ferrous, non-ferrous, and specialty alloys including aluminum. 100% non-hazardous, non-chlorine, non-sulfur, non-phenol and non-nitrate based fluids with propriety extreme pressure lubricants are easily disposed of. NuKool Mist is also specifically designed for use in all misting operations. Made to replace Kool-Mist 77 and KoolMist 78. Providing excellent surface finishes while extending tool life. Prevents Carbide Leaching. NuKool Mist is normally applied with Misting equipment at concentrations from 5 to 10% by volume with water. Higher concentrations may be required for smaller diameter taps or when the hole depth to Diameter Ratio is higher than 4:1. Benefits:
