Soluble Oils, Coolants & Cleaner Mixers

The Force-Flo Mixer blends and dispenses coolants, synthetics and mild chemicals with water automatically for uniform emulsion at any proportion. The mixer inserts into any 15, 30 or 55 gallon drum. We also have a new 5-gallon pail model. Plant water line pressure (25 lb minimum operating pressure) is all that is necessary to operate the unit.

The mixer can dispense in approximately 1/10th the time of manual methods and can save up to 25% of coolant per month.

The mixer is simple to operate, is made of non-corrosive metal and has no moving parts. Brass, nickel-plated and stainless steel versions are available. A fingertip control allows fine adjustment. Units rated for 3, 10 or 25 gallons per minute are available. (Flow-rate is based on 25 lbs. of operating water pressure.)
